This one-hour session is led by you and tailored to your specific needs. It may focus on floor plan and spatial concerns, but we can also explore finish materials, fixtures or color selections, cabinet and fireplace design, ceiling details, or anything in between. Unlike the Floor Plan Review, nothing is submitted ahead of time. The entire service takes place during our one-hour session, with screen sharing initiated on your end. I'll offer real-time feedback and thoughtful guidance throughout the appointment.
You'll guide the discussion based on what feels important to you. If needed, I can gently steer us toward areas that could benefit from refinement, offering design insights and suggestions along the way. Even if you're not sure where to start, we'll uncover plenty together.
This is a stand alone service, but it also work beautifully as a follow-up to a Floor Plan Review and can be repeated at nearly any stage of the design process.
